Purchase Orders are required for purchases and/or commitments $25,000 USD (or local currency equivalent) and above. PO’s are required for any work for hire (agency contractors, freelancers, consultants, etc.) regardless of cost.
Before a Purchase Order will be submitted to a vendor, a Getty Images business owner is required to provide a Vendor price quote, a fully executed contract (both parties signed) and/or a Statement of Work (SOW) to the Purchasing department.
