When shipping to Getty Images, vendors are required to include the following information on all shipping labels, packing slips, cartons and correspondence related to the order:
- Purchase Order Number (“PO”)
- Requestor or Ship-to Name listed on the Purchase Order
Unless authorized in advance by a Getty Images Buyer and noted on the Purchase Order, freight terms are Prepaid, Free on Board (FOB) Destination.
International shipments are to be shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The seller bears all the costs and risks involved in shipping the goods to the destination and has an obligation to clear the goods not only for export but also for import, to pay any duty for both export and import and to carry out all customs formalities.
