Getty Images expects its Vendors will maintain appropriate insurance commensurate with the services or products provided.
Insurance requirements in North America are as follows:
- $2MM in Commercial General Liability coverage ($1MM per occurrence)
- Workers Compensation (if appropriate)
- Auto coverage (as needed)
- AM Best Rating A+
The minimum insurance required in Europe, Australia & New Zealand are as follows:
- $2MM in General Liability coverage ($1MM per occurrence).
All Vendors will be expected to provide proof of such insurance upon request by Getty Images. If you don’t meet the requirements, please contact purchasing@gettyimages.com to determine if a waiver is appropriate.
