New vendors are required to provide us with their company information so that we can create a vendor record in our financial system. We use DocuSign to facilitate our New Vendor form. The form must be signed and submitted along with the applicable tax forms attached before your company can engage in financial transactions with Getty Images.

Your Getty Images business contact will kick off the New Vendor DocuSign form. Please contact them directly and/or contact vendordata@gettyimages.com to get started.

Existing vendors who have not been paid by Getty Images in 18 months or longer will be required to complete the New Vendor form again to ensure our record is up to date prior to payment.
