Where do I send my invoices?

  1. Invoices must be emailed to: gettyimagesinvoicecapture@concursolutions.com
  2. Email subject name must be : <Invoice Number> and <Your Company Name>
  3. Email one invoice at a time, one invoice per attachment
  4. Invoice File Specifications:
    • Invoice must be in PDF or Tiff file format- other formats will be rejected
    • The document must be legible, high contrast and cannot exceed 10MB
    • Zip files or links to invoices will not be accepted
  5. Do not send Receipts, Statements, Duplicate Invoices, Estimates or Inquiries- these should be sent to accounts.payable@gettyimages.com

What is your Bill To name & address?

We have multiple invoice bill-to addresses representing many Getty Images’ entities– having the correct billing entity and address on your invoice helps to ensure timely payment. If you have been issued a PO, your PO will include the correct legal bill-to name and address on your invoice. If you have not been issued a PO, please click here for a complete list of our billing entities. If in doubt, please contact your Getty Images business partner.

What are your VAT requirements for invoices?

For VAT countries, vendors must also include the following information on the invoice:

  1. Vendor’s VAT identification number
  2. Getty Images entity VAT identification number (if applicable)
  3. VAT rate applied
  4. VAT amount payable must be expressed in national currency
  5. Breakdown of the VAT amount payable per VAT rate
  6. The unit price of the service exclusive of tax, discounts or rebates

Why hasn’t my invoice been paid?

In order for us to research your invoice, please send a copy of the invoice and/or your invoice details (invoice number, invoice date, invoice amount) to accounts.payable@gettyimages.com

Purchase Orders

Do you require PO’s prior to submitting an invoice?

Purchase Orders are required for purchases and/or commitments $25,000 USD (or local currency equivalent) and above. PO’s are required for any work for hire (agency contractors, freelancers, consultants, etc.) regardless of cost.

Certain exclusions apply by geography and for certain expenditure categories. Please reach out to purchasing@gettyimages.com to verify if a PO is a requirement prior to submitting your invoice.

My PO has expired– how do I get a new one?

Please forward a copy of your PO to purchasing@gettyimages.com. We will work with your Getty Images business partner to extend and/or create a new PO as needed.

You sent me a PO but there is a mistake on it. How do I get it fixed?

Please forward a copy of your PO + the changes that need to be made to purchasing@gettyimages.com. We will work with your Getty Images business partner to make the necessary updates.

Payments

How do I update my remittance email?

Please contact  vendordata@gettyimages.com with your new remit address

I received a remit but it has not hit my bank account…

For further research, please send a copy of the remittance notice to accounts.payable@gettyimages.com
